Kate Ginsberg

Kate Ginsberg is the founder and CEO of Queen of To Do, a personal assistant and home management company she started in January 2011 with her newborn son strapped to her back. She has run Queen of To Do on a belief she came to the hard way: delegation is radical self-care, not a failure to keep up.

She started Bearing It All because most conversations about entrepreneurship skip over the hard parts. They skip the years it takes to build real values into a business, the struggles and mistakes. This podcast goes beyond the polished success stories and explores the highs, lows, stumbles, and breakthroughs of entrepreneurship.

The goal is that each episode brings the same honesty she runs her company on, proving that trying to do it all isn't a badge of honor. It's a recipe for burnout.
